Senior HR Advisor.

Full Time 37 hours per week Scale 6 SCP 26-28, £23398- £24964 per annum plus mileage allowance, childcare voucher scheme and pension scheme.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our busy Head Office and support the Senior Management Group to manage the HR functions for the Organisation.

The person appointed will have experience of working in a HR environment; have a thorough understanding of Employment Law with the ability to manage staff and provide a full HR service to the organisation, including recruitment, staff development & training.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated apprentice who has a good standard of literacy and numeracy in addition to the ability to communicate effectively, admin/clerical skills,keyboard skills, database skills and a good telephone manner.

The successful applicant will support with all administrational tasks for the Staffordshire team and act as first point of contact for Information Service and Staffordshire Admin enquiries. Strong organisational skills will be key to this role as duties will include preparing documentation and reports, monitoring incoming emails and requests, entering referrals and taking incoming calls
