Payroll Services

We can support individuals and businesses with all the necessary payroll requirements, including:

  • HMRC registration and liaison, including RTI and end or year submissions.
  • Gross & NET pay, Tax and National Insurance calculations.
  • Payslips via post or e-mail.
  • Annual Leave Calculations
  • Pension Auto Enrolment registration including initial and repeat declaration of compliance and ongoing Auto Enrolment checks.

Recruitment Support

Our Recruitment Service cn offer a number of different options to support the recruitment needs of individuals and businesses.

  • We subscribe to an invaluable Recruitment Portal wich enables us to advertise vacancies on a number of differnt platforms (including 'Indeed'), at a very competative rate.
  • We can support you with recruitment documentation including adverts, job descriptions and person specifications.
  • We will advertise your vacancy and act as a holding service for applications until the closing date, when you applications will be forwarded electronicallu to you.
  • We can offer advice around shortlisting and interview techniques in order to support you to appoint the ideal candidate.

Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)

We are a registered Vetting Agency. This means we can make an application for an Enhanced Disclosure on an employer's behalf and subsequently indicate whether an individual is a suitable candidate to employ.

A disclosure is a document contacing details of the information being held about someone by the police and government departments.

We are not at liberty to disclose details of any convictions but we can assess a candidates past history, risk assess any previous activity and then confirm the applicants suitability for employment.

Managed Accounts

We can provide individual PFS (Prepaid Financial Solutions) accounts for all you accounting needs.

You will have a bespoke account number for each individual account, into which we can receive income and make all authorised payments, including salary, HMRC costs, rent, insurance etc.

We can monitor account activity and alert you of anyu concerns and we can provide you with online access so you can have immediate viewing of the account activity at any time.

The accounts are regulated and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Employment Support

Our team of Employment Law Specialists can advise and support with all aspects of employing your staff.

These include:

  • Support with contracts of employment and related documents.
  • Supporting with 'Right to work' checks.
  • Discussion and review contingency arrangements.
  • Advice on purchasing Employer's Liability Insurance and renewals.
  • Access to sample documentation and guidelines.
  • Fully comprehensive recruitment support.
  • Employment support with regards to changes in working conditions, times or Job descriptions, including amendments to contracts.
  • Support with employee's hours and rotas to meet working time regulation.
  • "Employers toolkit", to include information on roles and responsibilities of an employer, including health and safety, risk assessments and training.
  • Liaising with Insurers Legal departments to deal with any staff concerns or issues that may arise.
